General

Like new/Scratch & Dent: Merchandise in good condition. Has minimal signs of handling or customer exposure. Packaging might be slightly damaged or opened. - Merchandise with signs of use or damage from handling and/or customer exposure. It can range from scratches and packaging dents to missing non-essential parts.

Each product has been tested and is functional.

The amount of pallets is estimated! Preparing and shipping the pallets may take longer than usual because the items need to be picked onto pallets after the auction is won.

Please note that transportation costs are subject to change due to factors such as distance, fluctuating fuel prices, and varying pallet sizes. The prices provided are estimates; final costs will be confirmed by our Operations department after the auction has been won. 

  1. Auction Invoice: Once you win a lot, the auction invoice will be automatically sent to you via email and will also be accessible in your account. 

  1. Transportation Invoice: You will receive a transportation invoice from our Operations team within 3 business days via email. Preparing and shipping the pallets may take longer than usual because the items need to be picked onto pallets after the auction is won. Please ensure that your account information is accurate, as the shipping address on your account will be used unless you notify us of any changes before making the payment. If you prefer to do a pick-up, please inform us immediately after winning a lot. 

  1. Pallet Fee: A pallet fee of 8 EUR per pallet will be added to the transportation invoice. If you opt for pick-up, a separate invoice for the pallet fees will be issued. 

  1. Shipping and Invoicing: Each auction won will require separate shipping and invoicing; combined shipments or invoices are not permitted. 

  1. Payment Deadline: The total amount for both the auction and transportation invoices must be paid within 3 business days of receiving the invoice. If payment or transportation is delayed, storage fees per pallet per day will apply. 

  1. Delivery Coordination: After full payment is confirmed, we will coordinate the delivery. You will receive a tracking link. Please note that all unloading and additional charges are the buyer's responsibility. 

  
EN] Pick-up: 
You can collect your goods from our warehouse after the pallet fee payment and pick-up date are confirmed with our operations team. It normally takes 1-3 business days to prepare the pallets. Pick-ups can be done from Monday until Friday between 08.00 and 16.00 hrs. Not showing up during opening hours on the agreed pick-up date will be fined with storage costs per pallet per day. 
Please note that we will have to send you away if you come outside of our opening hours, do not have the correct pick-up reference or do not bring suitable transport to properly load the goods. The pick-up reference is identical to the auction reference. Suitable transport is a truck that can load complete pallets from a dock, e.g. a box truck/trailer. Coming with a van or unpacking the pallets is not allowed! 
  
NL] Zelf goederen afhalen is mogelijk: 
U kunt uw goederen bij ons magazijn afhalen na de betaling van de palletvergoeding en bevestiging van de ophaaldag met ons operationeel team. Het duurt normaal gesproken 1-3 werkdagen om de pallets gereed te maken. Afhalen kan van maandag t/m vrijdag tussen 08.00 en 16.00 uur. Als de koper niet komt opdagen gedurende de openingstijden op de afgesproken ophaaldag, zullen opslagkosten per pallet per dag in rekening worden gebracht. 
Houd er rekening mee dat wij u moeten wegsturen als u buiten onze openingstijden komt, niet over de juiste afhaalreferentie beschikt of geen geschikt transport meeneemt om de goederen goed te laden. De afhaalreferentie is identiek aan de veilingreferentie. Geschikt vervoer is een vrachtwagen die complete pallets kan laden vanaf een laadperron, bijvoorbeeld een bakwagen/vrachtwagen. Met een bestelwagen komen of de pallets uitpakken is niet toegestaan!

We currently only accept wire transfer. Payment instructions are being shared on each stock lot listing under the tab “Payment instructions”. As well, you will receive an email to your account once you have been the winning bidder. 

Payment will be due 3 days after the invoice has been generated. Storage costs per pallet per day will apply when the payment period has exceeded. 

Please allow our finance team 1 – 3 business days to process the payment.
