General

Overstock: Unsold and untouched merchandise with no signs of use.

 

Preparing and shipping the pallets may take longer than usual because this is an external auction. Items also need to be picked after the auction is won. Pick-up is not possible for an external auction. 

Transportation from Utrecht, the Netherlands. Final costs will be confirmed by our logistics department after the auction has been won. 

  1. Auction Invoice: Once you win a lot, the auction invoice will be automatically sent to you via email and will also be accessible in your account. 

  1. Transportation Invoice: You will receive a transportation invoice from our Operations team within 3 business days via email. Preparing and shipping the pallets may take longer than usual due to coordination with external warehouses. Please ensure that your account information is accurate, as the shipping address on your account will be used unless you notify us of any changes before making the payment.  

  1. Shipping and Invoicing: Each auction won will require separate shipping and invoicing; combined shipments or invoices are not permitted. 

  1. Payment Deadline: The total amount for both the auction and transportation invoices must be paid within 3 business days of receiving the invoice. If payment or transportation is delayed, storage fees per pallet per day will apply. 

  1. Delivery Coordination: After full payment is confirmed, we will coordinate the delivery. You will receive a tracking link. Please note that all unloading and additional charges are the buyer's responsibility.

We currently only accept wire transfer. Payment instructions are being shared on each stock lot listing under the tab “Payment instructions”. As well, you will receive an email to your account once you have been the winning bidder. 

Payment will be due 3 days after the invoice has been generated. Storage costs per pallet per day will apply when the payment period has exceeded. 

Please allow our finance team 1 – 3 business days to process the payment.
