Due to current conflicts, distance, rising fuel prices, and the stackability of pallets, transportation prices may change. Prices are only an estimation; they will be confirmed upon the bid has been won by our logistics department. A pallet fee of 8 EUR/pallet will be added to the transportation invoice.

Preparing and shipping the pallets may take longer than usual because this is an external auction. Pick-up is not possible for an external auction.

Estimation of transportation costs from Cologne, Germany:

• Netherlands: 185 EUR
• Belgium: TBD when won
• Germany: TBD when won

The shipping costs are calculated in addition to your winning bid and the entire order amount must be paid in full. The amount will either be visible on the invoice of the auction, or a separate invoice will be sent for the transportation costs. After the payment is confirmed, we will coordinate the delivery. Once payment has been made, the address on your account will be used for shipping. You cannot change the delivery address after paying for the lot. Buyers are responsible for unloading all trucks. All unloading / auxiliary charges are the responsibility of the buyer. The total amount of the invoice, bid amount, and transport costs must be paid before the order is shipped or picked up.

After winning the auction, the goods must be picked up/dispatched within 8 business days, assuming the auction and transportation invoice is paid within 3 business days. Storage costs of €10 per pallet per day will apply if payment or transport is delayed.

We currently only accept wire transfer. Payment instructions are being shared on each stock lot listing under the tab “Payment instructions”. As well, you will receive an email to your account once you have been the winning bidder. 

Payment will be due 3 days after the invoice has been generated. Storage costs per pallet per day will apply when the payment period has exceeded.
