Inspected returns: Merchandise with mostly minimal signs of use or damage from handling and/or customer exposure. The products do not come in original packaging. Products have been tested and are functional.

The laptops need to be picked in the warehouse after the auction has been paid. It may take longer than usual to prepare the pallets.

Due to distance, rising fuel prices, and the stackability of pallets, transportation prices may fluctuate. Prices are only an estimation; they will be confirmed upon the bid has been won by our logistics department. As of 27/02/2023, a pallet fee of 12 EUR/pallet will be added to the transportation invoice. A separate invoice with the pallet fees will be sent in case of a pick-up. 

Estimation of transportation costs from our warehouse in Nijmegen, the Netherlands:

• Netherlands: 45 - 55 EUR
• Belgium: 60 - 85 EUR
• Germany: 70 - 205 EUR

The shipping costs are calculated in addition to your winning bid and the entire order amount must be paid in full. The amount will either be visible on the invoice of the auction, or a separate invoice will be sent for the transportation costs. After the payment is confirmed, we will coordinate the delivery. Once payment has been made, the address on your account will be used for shipping. You cannot change the delivery address after paying for the lot. Buyers are responsible for unloading all trucks. All unloading / auxiliary charges are the responsibility of the buyer. The total amount of the invoice, bid amount, and transport costs must be paid before the order is shipped.

EN] Pick-up is available:

You can collect your goods directly from our warehouse after pallet fee payment and pick-up date is confirmed with our operations team. It takes 1-2 working days to prepare the pallets. Pick-ups can be done from Monday until Friday between 08.00 and 16.00 hrs. The pick-up reference is identical to the auction reference. 

Please note that we will have to send you away if you come outside of our opening hours, do not have the correct pick-up reference or do not bring suitable transport to properly load the goods. Suitable transport is a truck that is able to load complete pallets from a dock, e.g. a box truck/trailer (bakwagen/vrachtwagen). Coming with a van or unpacking the pallets is not allowed!

NL] Zelf goederen afhalen is mogelijk:

U kunt uw goederen rechtstreeks bij ons magazijn afhalen na de betaling van de palletvergoeding en bevestiging van de ophaaldag met ons operationeel team. Het duurt 1-2 werkdagen om de pallets klaar te maken. Afhalen kan van maandag t/m vrijdag tussen 08.00 en 16.00 uur. De afhaalreferentie is identiek aan de veilingreferentie. 

Houd er rekening mee dat wij u moeten wegsturen als u buiten onze openingstijden komt, niet over de juiste afhaalreferentie beschikt of geen geschikt transport meeneemt om de goederen goed te laden.  Geschikt vervoer is een vrachtwagen die complete pallets kan laden vanaf een laadperron, bijvoorbeeld een bakwagen/vrachtwagen. Met een bestelwagen komen of de pallets uitpakken is niet toegestaan!

We currently only accept wire transfer. Payment instructions are being shared on each stock lot listing under the tab “Payment instructions”. As well, you will receive an email to your account once you have been the winning bidder. 

Payment will be due 3 days after the invoice has been generated. Storage costs per pallet per day will apply when the payment period has exceeded.
