Refurbished: Merchandise with signs of use or damage from handling and/or customer exposure. Merchandise has been repaired, polished, functionally tested and cleaned by an authorized company. Does not come in original packaging.

These white goods are delivered on block pallets (not EU pallets) for optimization of transport. Transport time may take a couple of days longer than usual. Pick-up is not possible.

Due to current conflicts and rising fuel prices, transportation prices may fluctuate. Prices are only an estimation; they will be confirmed upon the bid has been won by our logistics department.

Estimation of transportation costs from the Netherlands:

• Netherlands: 160 EUR
• Belgium: TBD after auction has been won
• Germany:  TBD after auction has been won

The shipping costs are calculated in addition to your winning bid and the entire order amount must be paid in full. The amount will either be visible on the invoice of the auction, or a separate invoice will be sent for the transportation costs. After the payment is confirmed, we will coordinate the delivery. Once payment has been made, the address on your account will be used for shipping. You cannot change the delivery address after paying for the lot. Buyers are responsible for unloading all trucks. All unloading / auxiliary charges are the responsibility of the buyer. The total amount of the invoice, bid amount, and transport costs must be paid before the order is shipped.

We currently only accept wire transfer. Payment instructions are being shared on each stock lot listing under the tab “Payment instructions”. As well, you will receive an email to your account once you have been the winning bidder. 

Payment will be due 3 days after the invoice has been generated. Storage costs per pallet per day will apply when the payment period has exceeded.
