Like New: Merchandise in good condition. Has minimal signs of handling or customer exposure. Packaging might be slightly damaged or opened.

These products need to be picked after the auction has been won. Transport time may take a couple of days longer than usual.

Due to current conflicts and rising fuel prices, transportation prices may fluctuate. Prices are only an estimation, they will be confirmed upon the bid has been won by our logistics department.

Estimation of transportation costs from our warehouse in Nijmegen, the Netherlands:

• Netherlands: 45 EUR
• Belgium: 65 - 90 EUR
• Germany: 90 - 150 EUR

The shipping costs are calculated in addition to your winning bid and the entire order amount must be paid in full. The amount will either be visible on the invoice of the auction or a separate invoice will be sent for the transportation costs. After the payment is confirmed, we will coordinate the delivery. Once payment has been made, the address on your account will be used for shipping. You cannot change the delivery address after paying for the lot. Buyers are responsible for unloading all trucks. All unloading / auxiliary charges are the responsibility of the buyer. The total amount of the invoice, bid amount, and transport costs must be paid before the order is shipped.

Immediate pick-up is available:

You can collect your goods directly from our warehouse after confirming with our operations team. Pick-ups can be done from Monday until Friday between 08.00 and 16.00 hrs. The pick-up reference is identical to the auction reference. 

Please note that we will have to send you away if you come outside of our opening hours, don't have the correct pick-up reference or if you do not bring appropriate transport to properly load the goods. Pick-up of an auction can not be spread out over several days. Auctions need to be picked up completely at once.

We currently only accept wire transfer. Payment instructions are being shared on each stock lot listing under the tab “Payment instructions”. As well, you will receive an email to your account once you have been the winning bidder. 

Payment will be due 3 days after the invoice has been generated. Storage costs per pallet per day will apply when the payment period has exceeded.
