Shipping information (English)

Important info! Please note that informed prices might have a fluctuation of up to 10% during the month of March. Prices are only an estimation, they will be confirmed upon bid has been won by our logistics department.

The goods are located in our warehouse near Nijmegen, the Netherlands.

Each listing that is open to bidding includes a clear description of how the shipments work. Not every listing is in the same location, and therefore shipping options may vary.

The following options are available for this listing: 

A) Pick up - You can collect your goods directly from the warehouse. Pick up days are Tuesday & Thursday between 08.00 and 16.00 hrs. Collection is possible 3 - 5 working days after your payment. Please note that we will have to send you away if you come outside of our opening hours or if you don't bring appropriate transport to properly load the goods.

B) Shipment - The goods will be sent to you by our transportation agency after receipt of payment.

Transport costs (ex VAT) for pallet shipments within the Netherlands:

1 pallet = €50 || 2 pallets = €70 || 3 pallets = €95 || 4 pallets = €120 || 5 pallets = €135 || 6 pallets = €150.

In case of more pallets or exceptions, our operations department will contact you. For shipments outside The Netherlands, our operations department will send you a tailor made quote. 

The total amount of the invoice (bid amount + transport costs) must be paid before your order is shipped. Once payment has been made, the address on your account will be used for shipping and cannot be changed anymore. Buyers are responsible for unloading their shipments from the truck(s).

The dimensions of our pallets are 0.80 * 1.20 * 0.95.

The delivery time for shipping is temporarily more than 3 working days. We will inform you after purchase when you can receive the goods. Please bear this in mind.

We currently only accept wire transfer. Payment instructions are being shared on each stock lot listing under the tab “Payment instructions”. As well, you will receive an email to your account once you have been the winning bidder. 

Payment will be due 3 days after the invoice has been generated. Storage costs per pallet per day will apply when the payment period has exceeded. 

Please allow our finance team 1 – 3 business days to process the payment.
